SIX WEEKS TO STRONG

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY FOR MIDDLE-AGE + WOMEN. MUSCLE IS THE MAGIC TISSUE THAT PROMOTES METABOLIC HEALTH, KEEPS BONES STRONG, FACILITATES GOOD BALANCE, AND PROVIDES SHOCK ABSORPTION. WOMEN NEED TO LIFT WEIGHTS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THIS CRUCIAL TISSUE. THE CHALLENGE IS, MOST WOMEN 40+ HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO LIFT SAFELY AND EFFECTIVLY. IN THE 1960'S/70'S/80'S/90'S LIFTING WASN'T A THING GIRLS DID. THINGS ARE CHANGING A BIT, BUT MY OLDER LADIES HAVE SOME CATCHING UP TO DO. I CAN HELP! I RUN A SMALL-GROUP SIX WEEK PROGRAM, FOR UP TO 5 WOMEN. 

WE MEET AT IGNITE FITNESS IN NEW PALTZ N.Y., WHERE I TRAIN ALL MY CLIENTS, FOR 75 MINUTES, ONCE A WEEK. 

GYM MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED, BUT ONLY DURING THE PROGRAM. 

YOU CAN CONTINUE AT THE FACILITY OR AT HOME. YOU WILL BE GIVEN ALL THE TOOLS, INFORMATION, AND PERSONAL PROGRAMMING NEEDED FOR A LONG-TERM SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME.  

THE FEE IS $400. IF A ONE TIME PAYMENT IS COST-PROHIBITIVE FOR YOUR BUDGET, I CAN SPLIT THE FEE TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS.
